First Fruits

The beginnings of our community garden are bearing their first fruits. October is the time to plant garlic, thyme, and oregano! Hopefully, we'll get the fence completed in time to keep the deer out. We do love feeding our park deer, but prefer to keep the garden greens for the human park guests.
